Amazon Program Manager interview questions

The process was long and required extended availability; the steps consist of an HR screening call, a hiring manager interview, and several stakeholder interviews. The last round consists of 5 1-hour interviews that can be taken in a single day or divided into two. All questions are behavioral, and you will be assessed based on Amazon's values.

The interviewer introduced himself first and asked questions around Amazon leadership disciplines. He would ask follow up questions base on your STAR story. He would also give general feedback regarding how you responded to those questions.
