You need to find out about Amazon's Leadership Principles as you will be asked questions relating to these. You will have up to five interviews before you get an offer. Sometimes the person interviewing you knows nothing about the job. They are just there to assess your worthiness of working at Amazon. All in all a very strange and annoying process for a company that is supposed to be big on efficiency.
