I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Dallas, TX)
Interview
2 phone interviews and then 4 back to back interviews. The first 2 phone interviews were spread out. The first was with a recruiter and they asked questions about my experience. The second phone interview was with someone that was in the same role as me. Then the final round of 4 back to back interviews was with leadership.

Question 1
The questions were all focused on the Leadership Principles (LPs). Make sure to study each one. Each interviewer probably had 2-3 LPs that were assigned to them and they asked questions surrounding their assigned LPs.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
There are entire youtube channels dedicated to interviews at Amazon and thank goodness I watched these in advance. You need to find out about Amazon's Leadership Principles as you will be asked questions relating to these. You will have up to five interviews before you get an offer. Sometimes the person interviewing you knows nothing about the job. They are just there to assess your worthiness of working at Amazon. All in all a very strange and annoying process for a company that is supposed to be big on efficiency.
