I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2021
Interview
An initial phone screen, generally with the hiring manager, followed by around four consecutive interviews (loops) with one bar raiser. They have a candidate promise, which means responses after interviews are quick.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to work to maintain tight deadlines and couldn't consider all options before making a decision.
Screen, hiring manager, loop (5 back-to-back interviews). It was polite, well organized, and I think they're doing a better job of accomodating schedules than they used to. I asked for my interview to be spread out across three days due to commitments in my current job, and they were able to adjust.

Question 1

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Amazon (Chapel Hill, NC) in Oct 2019
Interview
It was for a leadership program in the EU region. There were two back-to-back interviews on the same day with senior officials at Amazon. The first interview went well but the second interviewer asked very similar questions to the questions asked in the first interview
