Amazon Program Manager interview questions

As we all know, Amazon's interview process is long, unnecessarily complicated, and absent of human connection. Recruiter reached out via email and asked for my salary expectations and interest in role. Completed skills assessment (1-2 hours), and met with the hiring manager. No feedback and was rejected 2 weeks later after being completely ghosted. Extremely rude and extremely disrespectful for the candidate experience.

Submitted a 1 hour assessment Phone interview with Hiring Manager 3 weeks later, a Virtual onsite with 5 people (mostly from different teams with one bar raiser). Good experience but interviewers are so focussed on LP that they forget to ask anything about yourself or even have a glance at the Resume in front of them.
