Very straight forward process. A phone screen and then several interviews back to back with one person at a time. Was asked a variety of behaviorial questions and asked to answer them in the STAR format. Was told I got the job in a couple days and then offer came shortly thereafter.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to quickly come to a decision when you didn't have time to consider all options?
5 rounds of interviews with 5 different Amazon employees.
I enjoyed the interview process and was left with a positive experience. Until I never heard from the recruiter again.
I am extremely disappointed in the treatment I received after interviewing for a position with Amazon. I followed up twice after the interview process, once 7 days after the interview and the second time 2 weeks later.
I have never received a reply from the recruiter, it has been several months now. While I accept that perhaps there was a better candidate than me, I find it extremely unprofessional to never get back to someone who spent 5 hours interviewing and many more preparing. I would strongly suggest that you review your plociy, especially given that on your website, you specifically point out that candidates will get a reply in 5 working days.

Give me a time when you solved a complicated problem with a simple solution.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process was as expected for Amazon as a whole. You have a phone screening with a recruiter, call with the hiring manager, prep call with the recruiter, and 4-hour interview panel with 4 different associates. This is all assuming you can passed off to the next stage.
