I got invited to virtual interviews with Amazon. There were three interviews testing Amazon leadership principles. Two to three questions per principal. Friendly interviewers, and overall positive experience. The structure was "tell me a time when" with follow up questions to test the details of your examples.

long and tedious. all about amazon leadership principles. answers should be in STAR format. you'll be interviewed by around 5-6 leaders separately. they will have leadership principle focus each. after all interviews, they will debrief and candidate should get unanimous votes of inclined to get an offer. This takes around 4wks in total.
