I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Barcelona) in Oct 2024
Interview
It had 7 steps, first started with phone scanning: someone called from HR to check if you are fit with the position. then, the second one was online assessment that was kind of doing your daily job (answering email, meeting and send answer to emails and record a voice for summary of meeting). You can play each sound twice then record your own answer. Then, there was 4 more interview with hiring manager and 3 different persons to test your ability by using Amazon leadership principles (it is 17 rules).

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Bellevue, WA) in Jul 2024
Interview
I’m a non-technical Senior Program Manager at Amazon. The key to landing an interview is ensuring your resume reaches the hiring manager—ideally through a strong internal referral. Once that happens, you’ll typically start with an initial call with the recruiter and hiring manager. The most important stage, however, is the pod interview, where your focus should be on Amazon’s leadership principles. I recommend preparing at least four distinct STAR stories—one for each interviewer—without repeating any.
