I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Barcelona) in Feb 2025
Interview
There are different phases, having the last one being a panel interview with 5 different people. I had to take a full day off for that. I think it's good to avoid having the interviews taking a lot of days, but it's not ideal if you want to do them without your current company noticing it.

Question 1
They ask a lot of questions, and they expect you to answer with the STAR method and mentioning Amazon's leadership principles. I suggest having a written list of situations together with the leadership principles that were applied.
Very well structured and professional. The hiring manager was extremely accommodating and explained the entire interview process in the first interview. The interview follows the specific structure as found in youtube videos and forums, most of the questions are behavourial.
