Big time investment needed for this. Doesn't feel friendly for NeuroDivergent individuals.
Initial online exercises which are completed before being invited for an interview. This was good as you could take your time & show your skills and mindset.
Good prep from the talent team for the interview.
However there are 16 behaviours to potentially cover, you don't know which ones you will get.
One of the questions it wasn't obvious which one it was, it could have been 3 or 4. Interviewer responded saying it was obvious which one it was, which didn't help. Felt then that the interviewer had already made their mind up that I was not suitable.

Describe a time were you where you didn't agree with the manager about a process, how you challenge the idea.
3 rounds. Senior Manager seemed to be on entirely different page than hiring manager. Their program was a mess. The place gives off red flags. I found the Senior Manager confrontational and distrusting.
