Amazon Programa manager sr interview questions

1) 90-min Assessment 2) Recruiter Call 3) Screening Interview 4) Writing Assessment 5) Loop Interview (5 interviewers) Finished the interviews on Tuesday and was expecting to hear back by Friday. On the following Monday, I received an automated email stating that I didn't get the job. The recruiter called on Wednesday to tell me I passed the interview but needed to be downleveled. I believe the position was already filled by the time I finished the interviews. It was a lot of time investment and wished there was more transparency in the process.
