I applied through college or university. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Mar 2025
Interview
I interviewed for an MBA role. There is very structured interview process. 4 back to back behavior interviews in the final loop round after passing the online assessment. 3 of my interviewers are very friendly and chill.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in May 2024
Interview
Several rounds of interviews starting with recruiter call, another call with someone in the company, ask to write a narrative from 2 given choices, another recruiter prep call, 5 hours of panel interviews.
One great thing that came out of this interview process was that I prepared for the interviews like I never did before. The interview process forces you to write down your experiences/situations and how you responded to them and results as part of the interview prep. The recruiter wanted to make sure multiple times that I was open to relocation, the narrrative they asked me to write went into a black hole. No reference was made or no questions were asked regarding that. It was a waste of a couple of days of my time writing the narrative.
I felt the the panel interviews were okay although by the end of it, I felt like I was taken through a wringer.

Question 1
The interviews were mostly situation based and geared towards how I responded towards the situation and what was the result.
The interview process was very straightforward. The recruiter guides you through every step of the way. They expect the responses in the pretty common STAR(Situation - Task- Action - Result) format
