Amazon Programa manager sr interview questions

By far the hardest interview process I've experienced. First call is with the recruiter which was pretty generic and easy. Then had a call with the hiring manager which was a mix of resume questions and behavioral questions on their 12 leadership principals. Was then asked for a written exercise picking from 2 topics. Final round was 1:1 with 5 different people where they drill you for a full 50 minutes on behavioral questions around the 12 leadership principals. What nobody tells you is their list of questions is endless and they'll keep asking questions for the full 50 minutes no matter how good or long your answers are. I had 20-30 questions from each person. Highly recommend giving long STAR based answers so they won't be able to ask you so many questions.
