I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Luxembourg) in Oct 2021
Interview
1. Primary screening
2. Interview with Hiring Manager
3. Loop interview
5 rounds of interviews with people in the same field or general management which I found the innovative idea to check candidate's capacity in overall performance. (I was not prepared for this unexpected rounds)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screening call, followed by a 5-round Loop that went into very specific work and project experiences, framed by Amazon's leadership principles. At each step of the interview process, I heard back from the recruiter on next steps within 72 hours.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Nashville, TN) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process checks the box to follow Amazon’s documented format. I would suggest two things to the initial interviewer. One, get some training on how to interview people. My experience was interviewers showed up late and unprepared. They rushed through the questions and did not seem interested in being there. Two, be honest about the Amazon culture. When I asked questions about the organization it was as if people were checked out and recited a canned response from a script. Their interview process left me with a negative outlook on working there. The warning signs are there, if you maintain objectivity.
