The process is way too long, with too many stages. Most of the stages include long and exhausting tests. Includes all kind of tests. They are in my opinion not useful. Wasted time on long tests

Your Amazon interview process is split in two parts, first is the phone screening, normally with the hiring manager or someone close to them. This assesses your competence for the job, and whether you show enough 'amazonian qualities' for phase 2. It's a straightforward interview, but you should review the Amazon leadership principles and drop reference to them in as you go. Phase 2 is the famous ''loop' where you'll have back to back 45 minute interviews. These are focused on 2 of the leadership principles, you should prepare answers for all of them in detailed 'STAR' format. It's an intense process, but it does get good results.
