I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
Amazon doesn't care about your experience so long as you answer interview questions/tell stories in a very explicit manner. If you can attain this skill, you are deemed hirable. Process began with a recruiter to then be invited into a group call to "prep" you for their "circuit". Their "circuit" is with various employees of Amazon, some you may never encounter on your day to day. Again, they don't actually care about your experience... They want you to tell them a story IN A VERY SPECIFIC FORMAT. If you deviate, even if it's extremely relevant, you will get passed.

Interview
Standard Amazon process using star method. Everything was virtual due to covid. Met with people across the USA. Watch youtube on their method. It isn't rocket science, but definitely unique to them. Recruiters were great about informing me about the process etc.
