Amazon Senior Manager interview questions

Great recruiter experience. 2 phone interviews and 1 day on-site with of 6 or 7 rounds with different leaders. The on-site is difficult not because of the type of questions, but just the length.

The interview process was good, quite lengthy, had 6 rounds in total over 1.5 months. The entire discussion was based on case study. the efforts that were put in by the individual and overall outcome. Cross questions were frequent and candidate's comfortableness in answering the questions were put to test.
