Amazon Senior Program Manager interview questions

The interview process was lengthy with multiple calls, emails, onsite for a full day and lots of passing off b/t team members. This meant I had to repeat my story many times and was a real marathon of a process.

Amazon interview process is backwards. Your first interview is with the actual hiring manager, you get past that then your off to the "interview day" Interview day is about 4 or 5 interviews of people asking you these STAR questions which doesnt really say you can do the job if you have good examples. doing that many interviews in one day is a waste of time and for that reason i declined the offer (salary sucked) If the hiring manager likes you why are we doing another 5 interviews for a total of 6!!! you will become disengaged at that point as i was
