Amazon Senior Program Manager interview questions

Four 1-hour interviews were conducted by four unique interviewers. The questions asked were situational and I was advised to use the STAR (situation, task, action, result) method in answering. The recruiter prepared me for this style with enough time to thoroughly prepare for the interview.

6 total interviews. 1st interview is with the hiring manager to get a gauge on whether you'd be a good fit. If you are, then the next 5 interviews will be set on a day or two days. Your interviewers will be a selection of 3 people chosen by your hiring manager plus a 'bar raiser' to gauge whether you'd be a good fit for Amazon. Your questions will be centered around the Amazon leadership principles and you will be asked follow-ups.
