It was an easy process, just make sure you are prepared and that you have practice interviews with Area Managers and Operation Managers. However, do not over do it and stress your self out. I recommend doing a maximum of three practice interviews.

Situational Questions designed to test efficacy, use of policies, and leadership readiness. There are typically 2 interviewers per interviewee to prevent biases. Questions about previous experiences will be asked and it is preferred that you answer using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Resolution).
