Amazon Tier III Process Assistant interview questions

I was an internal candidate. I was told I’d receive a test “booklet” to prep for interview but all I received was a copy of the STAR method and the Amazon Principles. Had about 2 days to prepare. Was asked a few questions from Amazon’s Principles, did a small role play, was asked the Deli question/scenario.

Straightforward. its important to structure sentences in a clear manner so the interviewer gets the full result of your actions given any scenario you decide to present. You should also know how to analyze data and implement new processes to get better results.
