Amazon Web Services Technical Customer Service Associate (TCSA) interview questions

It was a 2 interview round Prior to that there was an aptitude round which mainly had English and some math. Not that difficult The 2 interviews were similar in a way. Mostly behavioral questions to check leadership qualities

Zoom interview with 3 managers 30-45 mins each, the process was very easy and not to hard, mangers were very helpful to let me know what areas i answered best, and how to improve on others
