HR discussed over requirements, expectations and initial assessment role fit. 5-6 rounds, HM, HR, other functions to interview different scenario based questions. 1-2 weeks finish. Overall a bit time consuming but acceptable as experience is good, respectful approach.

Great vetting process. Cannot work the system via who you know. You can't also talk your way through tech talk, "you know" stuff. The only thing is, didn't really capture what I "could do".
