American Express Customer Service Representative interview questions

Long and random. Group tasks where we role played 5 minutes after greeting the hiring personell. The interviews were held on a day where the entire building was doing a scheduled fire drill which made the day take much longer than I think anyone had accounted for being there.

The interview process involved two rounds of interviews. Both were handled very professionally. The questions I was asked were appropriate and relevant to the job, none of those frustrating questions like "If you were a color what would you be?"
