This was my first round interview. It was on a video call with two industrial engineers. Lasted about an hour and was a few behavioral along with some case questions
Two-part question: 1) You are the leader of an organization and have to figure out why so many credit card accounts are being canceled. How would you handle the issue? 2) There is a separate division in the company ("Alpha") that will send mass emails to customers regarding their many credit card benefits. How will you get them involved in this project?
A call center has a day and night shift. The day shift goes through calls 25% quicker than the night shift. How will you engage in the conversation with the night shift to improve their speed?

Interview
First round was a phone interview with one of their representatives. Mostly behavioral questions. Second round was an onsite interview with two other IE's. More technical questions with the last one being one that requires math and reasoning. They leave the room and let you solve it. Third round was another phone interview with two more IE's of varying experience. More behavioral questions.
