The initial interview was with a very professional person, the people doing the 10 key test were very unprofessional. The assistant in the interview was someone who was just trying to get out of their job for an hour.

American Express uses STAR method a lot and learning that will help you during the interview. Expect a lot of scenario questions. They are also looking for personality, which can sometimes carry you further than your experience.

Tell me about a time you had to deliver a difficult message.
Interview process was very smooth, had a great recruiter to prep me. Did 3 rounds of interviews, the last round was with multiple candidates and hiring managers from Amex. Answering questions and roll playing with different hiring managers as well as being responsive when the hiring managers was going through some job details

Had me answer 3 dry video questions, then HR called me asking generic "are you legal" questions, then radio silence for a month only to receive the no thanks email.
