After waiting for a period of time after I submitted an application I was contacted for a phone interview. I completed the phone interview. Interviewed with the manager and was later offered the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Phoenix, AZ) in Dec 2013
Interview
Phone interview was tedious and recruiter seemed to lack interview experience. Constantly had me repeat myself so she could write things down and then told me I was too long-winded. Face to face interview was much better but almost declined the position due to the phone interview.
