American Express Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Excellent interview experience. Interviews were well-organised, set clear expectations upfront. 3 around of interviews. Feel like AMEX holds their blue value strongly. A very robust selection process that took long timer from start to finish.

Standard interview, lots of questions, I wasn't impressed and did not accept the position. That's it, no more words to describe the experience. I must enter at least 30 words.
