I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Appirio in Feb 2015
Interview
This was an interview with the initial HR screener. He seemed very young and inexperienced, one of those "I don't know what to do with my life so I'll become a recruiter" types. He was so focused on the checklist of position requirements that he did not understand how my ten years of experience would fit the position very well. I'm certain that if I was able to speak to the hiring manager, they would have moved me to the next round of interviews but when the recruiter isn't allowed to think for himself and just follows a checklist, good candidates are often missed.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Appirio in Jul 2014
Interview
The interview process was long (10 interviews) but not especially difficult. I was frustrated in some parts of the process. I had two interviews scheduled (phone interviews) that were not confirmed and/or cancelled the day of. This was especially difficult as I had to take time off at my current place of employement.
Glad to hear you are joining or have joined Appirio. I would love to understand your experience in the process further, please feel free to reach out to me directly Julie Barker at jbarker@appirio.com.
Had 3 phone interviews, including recruiting phone screen. Then had a Skype interview with management. After that I was scheduled to do an in person interview with 4 different associates. Overall the interview experience was very pleasant and organized.
