I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Appirio
Interview
I applied online, got an email reply asking to setup a phone screen. After the phone screen I was informed that I would advance to the next phase and I was scheduled for two phone interviews and a skills test. A few days after the phone interviews, I received another email scheduling me for two video interviews. Finally, I flew out to Indianapolis for four interviews at the Appirio offices. I received an offer about a week or so later. Process was very fair, they do a good job of keeping you informed as to what's going on and there weren't any gotchas.

None of the questions were really all that difficult
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Appirio (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2009
Interview
Candidates are placed through "the Appirio process" which typically consists of an initial phone screen, 4-5 voice/video interviews and a few face-to-face interview. Quantity is not a bad thing. The more interviews the better. Turnaround and communication is very solid as are the interviews conducted. Good mix of peers, managers, senior management and otherwise.

Mostly around experience but no real zingers here.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Appirio
Interview
Submitted an application and at least two weeks later I got a reply for a initial phone interview by an HR/recruiter. After the call I was then later contacted again for another phone call this time by someone from the office. This called was scheduled another week later so minimum the whole process took 3 weeks.
The interview phone process was pretty formal. They talked about the company. The interesting thing is the person who interviewed me from the office has only been with the company for 3 months. So its hard to say if you can really say you enjoy this place or not. Regardless, it was informal asked me about my experience and they talked about themselves again. And then that was it.
