Initial Screening:
The first stage was a phone interview with a recruiter. This was primarily a general screening where they asked about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the role. The recruiter was friendly and provided an overview of the job responsibilities and the team.
Technical Assessment:
Next, I was given an online technical assessment. This included tasks that evaluated my attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and ability to transcribe audio accurately. The assessment also tested my analytical skills in evaluating Siri's responses and language usage.
Video Interview with the Hiring Manager:
After passing the technical assessment, I had a video interview with the hiring manager. This interview focused more on my previous experiences, particularly those related to content review and language evaluation. They asked detailed questions about how I navigate systems and tools independently and how I handle large volumes of tasks efficiently.
Cultural Fit and Behavioral Interview:
The final stage was a cultural fit and behavioral interview with a panel of team members. They wanted to see how well I would adapt to the fast-paced, dynamic environment and my ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity. Questions in this stage were situational, asking how I would respond to specific work scenarios and changes in workflows.
