I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Houston, TX) in Oct 2011
Interview
challenging in a good way. Very professional. They have a couple of different people interview you at different times. After the interview you get positive feed back on what to work on
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Apple (London, England)
Interview
This was a second interview after the group hiring event. Unlike the process one year before it wasn't really an interview... they had everybody come into the store, go into groups of 5 and do a couple of strange projects. The first was some presentation where you had a character and had to sell them products, then there was a team effort to make an apple trailer in iMovie in 20 minutes, which was ridiculous. Our team messed it up and I don't think anybody got an offer.
But the whole process seemed remarkably inefficient for recruiting for a technical job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Apple (Cupertino, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
The interview process was was multiple days. It started off on campus in a group setting. There were groups that were formed which rotated between facilitators. We were all asked questions based on customer service.
