HR process has been improved, however when going into initial hiring manager interview, the hiring manager was rude, not specifically targeted job requirement to drill related questions, and it is like CV interrogation rather than reasonable job experience CV deep dive conversation.
Four round of interview. First round with director , general discussion related to experience . Then other three round on same day. All three technical rounds. Questions were technical , puzzle , logical reasoning.
It went on for 45min. It was fairly easy. Focused on the basics of SV and UVM. It was directly with the hiring manager. They seemed open and genuinely a good interview experience
