Arm interview questions

Over the phone just asked me a few questions about my background and what my experience was in regards to instructional design background. Basically it was more so me giving them information of relevant job experience rather than asking me a lot of questions.

A phone call, and a day with a technical and social interview. The phone call was to check who I was. The technical interview was with 2 very nice people. The social interview was more generic and it was while we were having lunch(quite odd).
