I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (Mountain View, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
I did one-hour design exercise, one hour lunch with their hiring manager and employees, and another half an hour with one of the employees. My favorite part was I can get my design exercise performance feedback immediately during the lunchtime. Everyone was pretty honest to share what they thought about you, something like which part you could do better, and which part you kinda disappointed them. I appreciate all these comments, and I think it's pretty useful for my future job interview and work.

Interview
I applied online. Received an email over a month later about an online interview. The interview was a video interview, not with a person but rather just answering prepared questions. They had given me a question and then gave me 30s to prepare and 3m to answer to a webcam. It actually felt kind of uncomfortable and I did not feel like I did well. I head back 3 weeks later (over the holidays so I would assume it would've been faster otherwise) and I did end up getting the position in the end though so I feel like perhaps most people have this kind of experience.

Interview
They sent me the interview very quickly. However, because of my corrupted link between the mail server and domain, I just got the message after 5 days. I didn't know whether they will accept my interview.
I started the interview on the first process. The main process was to record the video on each question, You will get 30 seconds to prepare.
All the questions were about my own qualifications including programming a simple program with Python.
For me, I was in a hurry so I just got started without any preparation. On the first question, I was too nervous to speak. Even though I just got relaxed after a few seconds, I knew that my interview was not likely to be successful.
I clicked the 'Submit your interview' with the upset. After about one and a half weeks, I received the email about my results -- Not successful.
I think the questions are not difficult for someone else. Unfortunately, I am not able to see the questions at the next stage. I will get more prepared for the next application.
Hope you can succeed in your applications. GOOD LUCK! (for you guys and myself)
