3 telephonic interview, an interview with the technical director and the principal software engineer, and a technical interview. A lot of time was spent between each interview and it took roughly four months to complete the process. The first telephonic interview was with the Principal Software Engineer which was semi-technical. After over a month I was invited to the head office. A 30 minutes casual interview was conducted with the Hiring Manager as I arrived a bit early, followed by an hour-long group interview with the Director of Engineering and the Principal Software Engineer. The interview was semi-technical and was mostly based on personality and behavioral questions. Then there was an hour-long group technical interview divided into three parts for programming, compilers, and computer architecture. and was very difficult. After a month of this interview, there was another telephonic interview by the hiring manager who discussed my working style and how I handled different situations and future plans. After two weeks I received a call for roughly an hour long HR interview, and after over one month of HR interview, I was offered the job.
