I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, East of England, England)
Interview
Absolutely THE worst company to interview for.
From my experience of interviewing with multiple organisations, ARM has been THE most unprofessional and unaccountable.
The interview process was simple:
1. Online application
2. Psychometric Tests
3. Video Interview
4. Assessment Centre
During the assessment centre, I was asked to do a presentation which was followed by an interview, both commercial and competency based.
The interviewers were absolutely impressed by my application and answers to their questions. I was told that I absolutely excellent.
However, a week after, I was told that I didn't make it and was rejected with a standard rejection template.
After which, I followed back and tried to reach out to the recruiter via emails to get feedback. My emails were ignored for two weeks.
Finally, I called her and she said that I shall get some feedback in next two weeks along with the reimbursement of my expenses that they had promised.
However, it's been 6 weeks since that call, neither has she shared any feedback nor have I received any reimbursement.
If you get a chance to work for them, please don't.
First, thank you for taking the time to interview with Arm and providing your review of the interview process.
We appreciate the time and effort our applicants invest in applying to Arm and endeavour to provide tailored and timely feedback to each of our applicants. Please accept our apology for not receiving the same experience that other applicants have.
It is unacceptable that the expense reimbursement process has taken this long for you. We are working to remedy this immediately.
Based on the direct feedback you received from the interviewers, it is apparent you are a very qualified applicant. We had many qualified applicants and were not able to extend offers to everyone that received outstanding feedback from the interviewers. Whilst you were not offered a role during this recruitment process we hope that you will continue to consider Arm in the future.
Thank you again for your feedback. Arm is commitment to providing every applicant with a positive experience.
