I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Arm (San Jose, CA) in May 2016
Interview
I was referred in by a friend who provided my resume directly to the Hiring Manager. I went through 2 rounds of phone screen interviews before being invited in for a face to face interview. The onsite interview was well run and very organized, the hiring manager had given a role to each interviewer with specific questions and areas of expertise to probe in while also giving me the opportunity to learn of the position and the company. It was a good two way interview process, exhausting but productive and thorough. The company was quick to make a decision once the team got a chance to get together and provide their recommendations. The quality of the people I met, their attention to details and organization was instrumental in my choosing to come work for ARM eventually.

What strategy topic would you choose if you were to write a book on the topic.
Thank you for your review. I am happy that you had a great candidate experience. I look forward to working with you to keep improving our recruiting processes. We have more openings pending for the Marketing group, so I look forward to seeing some great employee referrals from you!
Initial video interview followed on on campus face to face interview. I was told that I would get s response the next week. Its been 8 weeks now after my interview and no response on the outcome. I emailed the HR twice and he never replied. Such a waste of my time and effort.
I'm sorry to hear of your negative interview experience. We generally try to have a response out within one week of the interview. Unfortunately, some candidates for this role were not looked after in a timely experience, as we were transitioning with some of our recruiters internally. We apologize for this and do hope that you will still consider ARM as an employer of choice for the future.
