- Standard online application i.e., sending your CV, answering questions about experience, etc. - Pre-interview task regarding a chosen coding language and its uses. - Digital interview with two members of staff (manager and other member in team). This involved using logic to explain how different given systems worked.

Final interview with hiring and senior managers Overall, the interviews focused on my experience and included both technical and behavioral questions. Everyone I encountered during the interview process was incredibly kind, and the recruiter (Raimonda) was a huge help and point-of-contact throughout the process. Although I was unsuccessful this time, I was given personalized feedback from HR via phone call and email. The respect and thoughtfulness shown to me during this experience exemplifies Arm's core values, and I would not hesitate to apply for other opportunities in the future.
