I had submitted my CV for a specific role, online application, then got an email (after 2 weeks) for an interview at Alderley Park. STAR interview questions. Was asked 4 behaviour - STAR questions. Great interview, great company's introduction at the beginning, really enjoyed the process.

Interview
Very standard interview first with HR, asking about strengths weaknesses, to talk a bit about the values of the company, why I want to work there. Everyone was super pleasant, first part was conducted in Serbian, then in English.

Afterwards there is an interview with future LM and an experienced employee also a part of the team based in another country
