Few stages interview. People were nice and friendly. Hiring manager interview was nice, but the last interview with top management was strange. They ask very general questions that are not very close to the job role.
Provided a detailed guide on what to expect for the interview which was an accurate reflect of the questions that were asked. Use a job application database to provide update.

Very standard interview first with HR, asking about strengths weaknesses, to talk a bit about the values of the company, why I want to work there. Everyone was super pleasant, first part was conducted in Serbian, then in English.
