I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Avanade (Austin, TX) in Mar 2012
Interview
I've been interviewing for with Avanade for about 2 months now, and I am approaching my last interview. I originally started interviewing for a developer position, but then changed to an analyst position. The interview process for the analyst position was a lot less stressful, and focused on your soft skills rather than recall.

Question 1
No one question was too difficult. They did ask me to demo Microsoft Dynamics, which took some time.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Avanade in Apr 2012
Interview
I applied online and got a call back from their recruiter who explained the hiring process to me. The process included 1 phone screen, 2 technical phone interviews, 1 personality assessment (also phone), and 1 face to face with another manager.
Overall, the interview process was very intense and not for the unprepared. you should be prepared to discuss all things related to business analyst work. brush up on technical skills especially methodologies for accomplishing BA activities.
A number of personality assessment questions such as: do you work better independently or in a group setting, describe how you handled a positive/negative situation.
