Avanade Business Analyst interview questions

I applied online and got a call back from their recruiter who explained the hiring process to me. The process included 1 phone screen, 2 technical phone interviews, 1 personality assessment (also phone), and 1 face to face with another manager. Overall, the interview process was very intense and not for the unprepared. you should be prepared to discuss all things related to business analyst work. brush up on technical skills especially methodologies for accomplishing BA activities.

The process consisted of a few phone interviews and 2 back to back in person interviews. After the final interview the recruiters maintained contact until an offer was sent out. This process overall took over 3 months.
