Avanade Consultant interview questions

I applied online. Got an email from the recruiter asking about a date and time for a 30 mins phone interview and also asked me to include my transcript. The interview was about the recruiter going over the salary, job details, interview process (3 stages), training process (5-6 weeks) etc. He also asked some behavioral questions and went through my technical skills. Waiting for the next stage of the interview now.
