I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Avanade (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2011
Interview
I was contacted by a global recruiter who stated a local recruiter would contact me; i leanred the position was filled internally. The local recruiter said I could stay in touch and after numerous attemps; they never followed up with me; very poor customer service.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Avanade in Jun 2011
Interview
1st call was from senior recruiter who was great to talk to you. He just asked about the basic information.
he mentioned that another recruiter will get in touch with me.
Next week i had an email from this 2nd recruiter who was checking my availability from a initial phone screen for technical skills.
I got the interview call from one of the consultant at Avanade, the interview went very well with him. He asked me a lead or senior Business Analysis level questions. But i felt very positive after talking to him.
After 2 days i again got an email from the 2nd recruiter asking my availability for 2nd phone interview.
I was scheduled for the next phone interview and got a call from Business Analysis - Manager at Avanade. The questions he asked very completely different than the previous interview questions. I got confuse at that point of time for the position they are interviewing me for.
i got a feel that i have 50-50 chance to be selected for the next interview.
However at the end he mentioned me that i did well and recruiter will be soon in touch with me.
After that, recruiter never wrote to me or called me. I wrote her but there was no response. So i guess my bad luck.
