Avanade Consultant interview questions

I met with a recruiter and two hiring managers for 30 minutes each. Calls were informal and covered my skills, “getting to know you,” and other industry questions. I was verbally offered a job, but was told there was a “delay” in the written offer. Nearly 3 weeks went by without a written offer being produced before I accepted another job and moved on. Really disappointing.
