1. Initial screening call with recruiter. recruiters are amazing. He provided with all necessary information and was prompt to schedule the interview
2. Interview call with director level person.
3. Interview was easy. Focus was pretty much on resume. I was even given great feedback towards the end of the interview without asking for it.
4. And this is where I fell through cracks. I never heard from recruiters for couple of weeks. I did follow-up after couple of weeks and they promptly replied they would get back to me. But it's been over two weeks. Looks like I've been ghosted.

For solution architect position the focus is on domain knowledge. Though, I didn't have any relevant Microsoft technology experience, the interviewer looked at my actual skillset and was looking for someone who can join, learn the technology and grow.
This was a pretty simple interview process. First they had a phone Screening then interview on basic data structures and simple explanation of algorithms. The rest was behavioral, and was to check that you're a good culture fit.
