Two part interview process, with no whiteboarding. First part was increasingly hard technical questions, for about 40 minutes. The second interview was also with some technical questions, but more of a "culture fit" interview, and how I could be a good fit to the company.

The first step was with a talent acquisition manager, which was talking through my CV and experience. Following this I had an interview with a CRM business analyst manger where I was asked more technical questions about CRM DynamicsCE and lastly I had a final interview with a CRM Consultant & CRM Group manager where my CRM knowledge was further tested.

Fue una conversación normal y muy amena, ninguna prueba técnica o tests de inteligencia. Me describió las condiciones y me hizo algunas preguntas para conocerme. En cuanto al nivel de ingles, me hizo una sola pregunta en inglés.
