I applied online, did psychometric tests, video interview and assessment centre. Very well organised assessment day, the activities ran very smoothly. The day consisted of a group exercise, a written task, a presentation you need to prepare on the day and a 1-1 interview with a senior manager, as well as a Q&A with the current graduates. The interview was very informal, more or a discussion, really friendly atmosphere overall.
