BDO Audit Trainee interview questions

Overall tough application process! Starts with filling out application form, includes 2 questions which require word counted answers. If successful, you’ll go on to sit three tests! If you pass all three tests then you’ll be invited to take a strengths based video interview. The result of the interview was given by a phone call where I was given feedback, I was then invited to a assessment centre which consisted of a one to one strengths based interview with a partner, a written exercise, presentation of 30 minutes (prepare to be quizzed on your presentation!) and a group exercise!

The interview process contains many phases. First of all, you need to apply online and if your application is accepted you will be asked to do two online tests and if successful you will be invited for an interview.
