I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BDO in Apr 2016
Interview
passed the face to face interview. Staffs are friendly from the reception to the manager. However, I have been waiting for the AC as they said in the email it would happen in a few weeks congrats. And it turned out next time when I followed up with the recruiter, she simply replied the position is closed I am sorry. no further guidance and very rude. really messy and disappointing recruitment process. I wonder if they still do the same.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BDO (Manchester, England) in Jun 2013
Interview
Standard graduate trainee interview process on the whole. Was very impressed with the way in which I was given the offer as they told me all of the bad points in the interview before saying 'BUT', which made me remember what I needed to improve. Professionally done and speaking with a partner was a nice touch.

Interview
In line with other processes, application, tests, video interview then an assessment centre which includes; group work, written assignment, presentation and an interview. Both interviews were strength based, meaning you can express your thoughts and who you are. Made to feel relaxed and at ease throughout. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
