2 Interviews: eins mit Teammitglied und eins mit dem zukünftigen Vorgesetzten. Beide Interviews ähnlich vom Verlauf: leichte Technicals und Brainteaser. Vorallem Rückfragen über die Stelle erwünscht, um einzuschätzen wie viel man von der Rolle weiß, was man erwartet und wie sehr man sich auseinandergesetzt hat. Personal fit wichtiger als Deep Technical Wissen, da das meiste für die Rolle wesentliche am Anfang beigebracht wird.
